Are you in charge of your future health?

“Treat the patient, not the infection” -A. Bechamp-

Lately, we have heard a lot about overwhelming our healthcare system.

However, we don’t hear much about how to live to create a naturally strong immune system able to fight all the pathogens in our body.

After two years of unsuccessful fighting with the “enemy”, it is time to reflect and put all the cards on the table and ask ourselves:

💫 am I physically active regularly?

💫 what kind of food do I eat?

💫 do I check the nutritional level of the food?

💫 how many micro-elements contain my diet?

💫 do I consume additives, preservatives, artificial colors?

💫 do I consume fast food and food prepared in the microwave?

💫 what is my daily sugar intake?

💫 how much alcohol do I drink?

💫 how much-unmedicated sleep do I get?

💫 what are my vitamin D level and level of the fatty acids?

💫 do I smoke?

💫 am I overweight?

💫 what is my daily stress level?

💫 do I live in fear?

💫 am I happy with who am I?

I sincerely hope you know the answers to these fundamental questions. The basis of a healthy individual is not created overnight but is a result of our lifestyle. And there are no shortcuts, and sooner or later, everyone pays for their mistakes.

Bad lifestyle choices create substantial risk factors in developing chronic conditions like cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, pulmonary disease some types of cancer. This kind of self-imposed health problem got the name “Western diseases. ”

It’s about time to realize we have to become our health advocates and naturally empower our army of immune cells, the possibility we have all got since our creation.

Become an active player searching for integrative health, not a lazy individual waiting for a magic stick to fix your health. It does not exist, at least not in the long run.

“We do not ‘catch’ diseases,

we build them.”

-A. Béchamp-
